A charming stand alone chalet which spans all three floors in Snow Pines Estates (2,100sq/ft.) This chalet has two separate entrances and 5 bedrooms which sleep 11. There are 3 bathrooms, one on each floor, 2 kitchens, 2 spacious living rooms and vaulted ceilings in upper living room. There is a private hot tub on the top balcony with far reaching views of the Monashee Mountain ranges.
The chalet is laid out as 2 separate dwellings, but has an internal staircase so it can be used as one or two units. The ground floor is a 2 bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a round dinning table & chairs, living room with 2 sofas, gas fireplace and TV. Both bedrooms have queen beds and built in wardrobe. The shared bathroom has a bath tub with an overhead shower. Fully carpeted stairs leads up to the main floor.
The lounge area is a large airy room with lots of light and has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, large picture windows, dinning table and chairs, large comfy L shaped sofa around the TV and a gas fireplace. The dining and lounge area has a vaulted ceiling. Double patio doors lead out onto the balcony with a hot tub and plus space to sit outside and admire the far reaching views. On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with bath tub and over head shower, The upper entrance leads into a hallway with plenty of ski & board storage.
On the top floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed as a queen and single on top. The bathroom on this floor has a stand up shower.The configuration of this chalet makes it ideal for 2 separate families who are looking for their own space as well as space to be together.
Ski out access is either down Snow Pines Road or cut through to the ski back on Lower Snow Pines Road, they both lead you to Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket and Plaza chair lifts. Ski back is from Serwa?s, run down to Snow Pines Way & along to Snow Pines Road, the Chalet is at the top. It is a 2 minute drive to Happy Valley car park to catch the Gondola to the village or 20 minute walk along the village way to the village center.

The Bellevarde Chalet is conveniently located with a ski access directly in front of the chalet.
There are two similar units in the chalet. Unit C has queen beds in both bedrooms and can sleep 7 while Unit D has a queen bed in the master bedroom and 4 bunk beds in the second bedroom and sleeps 10. Rent them together and you can accommodate 17 people! Both units are 2 bedroom chalets with their own private outdoor hot tub. Having your own hot tub provides you with the flexibility of enjoying it when it suits you, not when it suits the building manager!
