Located on a 12 acre estate shared with only one other house, this house is rare in its privacy yet still only 10 minutes to Boone NC and 15 minutes to Banner Elk NC. It also is within walking distance of the Watauga River for fishing, tubing, or just playing in the water. The house is 1700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 11 comfortably. Enjoy the cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the house that is beautifully decorated with quality furniture, antiques, homemade quilts and goose down covers all in a mountain theme. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and the playroom has plenty of fun things for the kids of all ages to do including a pool table, foosball, ping pong and lots of toys for the younger ones.
