This compound can accomodate a family of 4 up to a group of 28!!! This is also a pet friendly property. There are 4 homes that you can mix and match to accomodate accordingly. There is also two pools, two outside grills/kitchens, a dock with an amazing view of the Ocean, and much much more!!! Rates Vary between seasons and it also depends on how many homes you need. Normally the 3/2 homes are $4,900. One big home and one small home is $6,000. 3 homes would be $7,400. All 4 homes is normally $11,000. Great Discounts in the Fall!!!

The damage deposit will never be shown on your credit card statement. This is just a hold from 7-10 days on your card, then it is released.  
Other Fees: Cleaning fee (varies depending on homes)
Processing fee $50.00
Pet Fee if applicable $75.00 
Cancellation Policy: Cancel outside of 60 days prior to check-in date and recieve deposit back minus the $50.00 processing fee. Cancel inside of 60 days prior to check-in date, no refund shall be issued unless we can re-book your exact dates.  
Other Policies: No watercraft other then Boats are allowed on our properties.
