This charming Florida Beach Cottage is located in the popular community of Crystal Beach! A great place at the beach for a vacation with family and friends.
Sit by your private pool or on the front porch and enjoy the beach breezes. About two blocks from the beach, an easy 5 minute walk, this cottage features a private deck off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The guest quarters has a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and bed. You can rent as a 3,4 or 5 bedroom except for during Spring Break or Summer.

After a day in the sun at the sugar sand beach, take in the many other amenities located just around the corner. The Destin Commons mall has a variety of stores such as Ann Taylor, Talbots, Abercrombie, Limited Too, Kirklands, Bombay, Bass Pro Shop and many more. It also has many restaurants and a magnificent Rave Motion Picture Theatre.
If golf is in your plans, visit the many courses in this immediate area such as Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation and Emerald Bay all within 1/2 mile. Sandestin Golf Resort is just 6 miles east of here and has 3 renowned courses.
The Destin Harbor is just 4 miles west and is where you can go deep sea fishing, snorkeling, boating, and jet-skiing or simply go to the docks and watch when the fisherman come in with their catch.
The Big Kahuna's Waterpark and The Track Entertainment Center are both 2 miles west of the house and a great place for the kids.
