Home Description

The vacation home is located at the lake in a quiet cul-de-sac. On the south side of the house is a large swimming pool. On the pool deck are sun beds and a parasol. In the covered lanai you can have breakfast or dinner at a glass table with 6 chairs. In the house is a breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs, where you can sit alternatively with a view of the lake. On the terrace is also a grill.You can also use the Community Facilities (tennis courts, fitness room, clubhouse with a common pool).
From vacation home to the most beautiful beaches of Naples and to the Center (5th Avenue) is approximately 4 miles or 10-15 minutes. The nearest shopping mall (Publix) is 1 miles away.

Naples is located in southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico and offers miles of sandy beaches with sub-tropical vegetation and an interesting animal world: you can often see dolphins, Aligators, turtles and pelicans, ibises, herons and cormorants.
