Two weeks after receiving paperwork a 25% deposit is due. All monies for rental must be paid prior to arrival. No keys will be given unless paid in full.

Exit clean fee of $115 and a $35 process fee will also be due.

Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will receive all monies back. If cancellation is withing the 60 days deposit monies will be non refundable. Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended if booking property more than 30 days in advance.
