Englewood has beautiful white sandy beaches, amazing wildlife and great golfing facilities only minutes from Sanctuary Villa. Sarasota and Port Charlotte have great shopping and leisure facilities and are within easy reach of the villa in Florida on the Gulf Coast.

Sanctuary Villa is newly built and was completed in late 2006. The Villa is on the prestigious community of Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Our home has a South East rear aspect bringing sun to the pooldeck from breakfast to teatime and the fresh water canal at the bottom of the lawn attracts a wide variety of wild birds, fish, terrapins and other wildlife.
Rotonda West is one of the small, delightful communities located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County in the southwest Gulf Coast of Florida. This is a tranquil area of unspoiled natural beauty and has a rich history. The closest beach from the villa is about 10 minutes' drive, with a wide variety of different beaches and natural spaces within a 20 minute drive. Cape Haze Peninsula is approximately 100 miles south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota and Punta Gorda. It rests on the waters of the Myakka River and Lemon Bay. A provisional booking, made by telephone or email, will be held for one week only. In order to confirm your booking and to secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of £100 ($150) per week or part week will be required along with a completed and signed booking form, all to be received within one week of provisional booking.

5. Payment of balance
Following return of your booking form and deposit, you will be sent confirmation of your reservation, including the stated date for the payment of the balance due. Full payment must be received 10 weeks or more prior to departure date. Failure to make full payment within the specified period will entitle the owners to cancel the booking and claim the appropriate cancellation charges.

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or any part of the booking once it has been confirmed, the owners must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

9. Changes and special conditions
Aircraft captains are legally entitled to deny boarding to any passengers who present themselves at the aircraft in an unacceptable state due to the influence of drink or drugs. Any passenger so doing will be deemed as having given notice of his/her cancellation of the booking at that time and the aforementioned cancellation charges will apply.
