It is tastefully decorated with light woods, stone, and stunning alpine pictures. The Peak 9 Quicksilver ski lift, new West Ice Arena, and Main Street Breckenridge are all just a short walk. A free shuttle stops right in front.
A fully-equipped kitchen, with newer appliances and granite counters, looks out onto Red Mountain and the Continental Divide. A private and peaceful rear deck offers a gorgeous view of Peak 10 and Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Our Breckenridge condo rental is spread out on three levels and sleeps up to 8 comfortably . There are 8 beds (1 queen, 1 double, 5 singles, and 1 queen Sofa-Sleeper), 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and large loft. Both living room and master bedroom have a gas fireplace with marble surrounds.
Compared with most other luxury vacation rental condominiums, our condo is relatively cheap. We offer excellent lodging rates, free 7th night, and early-booking, multiple-week, and repeat-stay discounts. Payment must be made in advance (credit card, personal or cashier's check). A down payment (1/2 of total bill) is due within five days of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to occupancy. 10.675% tax on all rentals of 30 days or less. For payment by credit card, the total amount will be charged at time of booking. An extra fee of $35 is charged for any check that is returned by the bank because of insufficient funds.

| Cancellation Policy:
|
All moneys collected in advance will be fully refunded (less $95 administrative fee) provided that the reserved block of time is re-rented in its entirety for the same amount. Otherwise, moneys collected in advance will be applied to loss of rents and the rest returned, less $95 administrative fee. Our past rate of success in re-renting cancelled blocks of time has been excellent (11 out of 13), but is not guaranteed.
